Dylan Powell – UEFA B Licensed Coach & Founder of Dragon Football Development With a deep passion for football and player development, I have dedicated my career to coaching and mentoring players of all levels. As a UEFA B Licensed Coach, I’ve gained valuable experience managing and developing talent at clubs like Garw SBGC and Cefn Cribwr. I provide high-quality coaching through 1-1, small group, and academy sessions, helping players improve their technical ability, physical fitness, tactical understanding, and mental strength. My goal is to create a professional yet supportive environment where every player can train like a dragon and reach their full potential.

I’m Dylan, and my coaching approach is all about tailored, player-focused development. I believe in building confidence through clear, simple coaching and creating sessions that challenge and inspire. • My methods: I use a mix of technical drills, small-sided games, and scenario-based coaching to help players improve not just their skills, but their decision-making and understanding of the game. • Lesson length: Typically 60 minutes, focused, high-energy, and structured for maximum progression. • Qualifications & experience: I hold a UEFA B Licence and have extensive coaching and management experience with both senior and youth players across multiple levels. • Who it’s for: Players of all levels — from young beginners to adults aiming to sharpen their game. My sessions are adapted for different ages and abilities, ensuring everyone progresses and enjoys the process.
