About Ben
UEFA B qualified coach with extensive experience of coaching from U7 to U18. As well as coaching positions at non-league football clubs, I have coached at Development Centres for Chelsea FC, been a Lead Youth Coach for a local academy and worked within the primary and senior school systems. I am fully DBS checked and possess certificates in FA First Aid in Football, FA Emergency Aid and FA Safeguarding Children. I have played football at a competitive level for over 17 years and I am also a qualified FA referee.

I would begin with an activation ranging from a normal match day warm-up to different ball mastery drills. Some technical isolation would follow, such as high reps on a skill or a problem that needs solving. I like to finish on a match-specific phase where everything covered in a session comes to life. I will always take 5-10 mins to debrief with the client after the physical part of the session is over. I am always happy to tailor sessions to client-led specific work-ons.
