About Imran
My teaching experience comes from a diverse variety of teaching experiences over the past 4 years. I began as a volunteer tutor helping children of low-income families. Later I pivoted to becoming the head math tutor at the Kumon Institute of Education. Finally, I left this company due to my distaste for their teaching methods and opened up my own tutoring company in its place.

I have been a tutor for many years now and one area that I’ve noticed many tutoring organizations failing in was personalizing learning to individual students. Rather than sculpt a learning plan for each student, children would be given a one size fits all curriculum. In my teaching I aim to give each student the style and structure of learning that fits them best as a student.
