About Sofia
Hi! I’m Sofia, a trilingual tutor originally from Colombia, currently studying Art at a university in Tokyo. I speak Spanish, English, and Japanese, and I’ve been living in Japan for several years, so I understand firsthand what it’s like to learn a language in real, everyday situations. I’ve worked as a Spanish and English teacher and tour guide, and I currently teach students of all ages, so I know how to adapt to different learning styles. My lessons are not about overwhelming grammar rules or boring textbooks. I focus on practical conversation, cultural context, and personalized learning that’s fun, relaxed, and truly effective.
