About Cameron
I have been surrounded by music from a very young age and have carried this passion with me ever since. Completing all the ABRSM Music Theory exams over the years has been a great asset for my musicianship and I am keen to pass on this connection between theoretical and practical music work. I am qualified with Dip.ABRSM in cello and piano, and Grade 8 in Music Theory. Currently studying cello at the start of 2nd year at the Royal Academy of Music, my knowledge of music theory continuously grows and continues to help me understand the pieces I play at a deeper level.

I am a flexible and adaptable teacher who will tailor lessons to individual needs and requirements, with a specialism in ABRSM Music Theory exams from Grades 1-8.
Depending on the age of student, lesson times can range from 20 mins to an hour.
I have experience teaching Grade 5 level Music Theory in a group setting, as well as assisting with theory needed for A-Level Music.
I will provide exercises from a variety of theory books, as well as marking any work completed, with a focus on going through it the following lesson to enhance understanding.
