About Gianna
I am a second year university student passionate about the Spanish culture and language. I understand that for many students, learning a new language can be difficult or daunting, especially if it is required for school. I am natively English, but I grew up in the Caribbean where Spanish was spoken often, so I naturally became drawn to this entirely different culture. Thus, I hope to use my experience with the language to help other students find joy in learning a new language and exploring other cultural identities.

Although Duolingo and other academic learning sites can help, I believe that the best way to learn a language is by engaging with real people. In real conversations, you learn how to properly roll your R’s or use words correctly in context. Thus, through my skills and expertise, I aspire to help overcome individual challenges you may face when learning Spanish.
