About Fía
Hi! I'm a current undergraduate student and I've known how to speak and write in Spanish first before properly learning English. Despite the constant influence of the English language in my life, my Spanish is very strong and I find joy in sharing this language with others. In general, teaching and taking the time to be patient with others has always come easy to me, so I'm very confident in my ability to properly teach this language!

I teach formal and informal Spanish! My lessons progress as we start with pronunciations, the letters of the alphabet, basic greetings, and numbers. As we pass these topics, I like to integrate mini dialogue conversations. Then, we will focus on common vocabulary, sentence formation, and grammar. I am also a very flexible tutor, so if there is anything you would like to incorporate, I am open to do so! (Ex: Homework, assigned readings, book recommendations, review of Spanish for a class, etc.)
