About Abbi
I am a friendly and approachable tutor who is here to help you break down and understand the tricky concepts in your GCSE and A-Level exams! These tests are tricky, but together, we will use different learning resources to help you not just understand, but also memorise and be able to apply the knowledge you have learnt.
Using a variety of teaching as well as practice questions during our sessions, my hope is that you will grow in your understanding and confidence and be able to smash your exams and unlock your potential!

I like teaching one-to-one in person, using a variety of resources including textbooks, practice questions, videos etc.
I like to set work to be completed before the next session so that we can track progress together and work on tricky topics.
I am happy to write out notes, diagrams and pictures - anything to help you understand and remember the important points for your exams!
No question is silly, and my friendly approach helps students feel more comfortable to bring school work etc. to be completed with me.
I can also set mock exams if requested and will go through each answer with students to explain where marks have been gained or lost in order to further understanding.
I typically suggest 1 hour sessions at a time as peak concentration time is around 40 minutes, however, I am happy to discuss other options at request.
I passed both Biology and Chemistry GCSE's with 9's and A*s at A Level so am best equipped to help these students.
