About Daoud
I am an undergraduate student studying Science and Business at the University of Waterloo. I have a passion for chemistry and general science while also having a background in advanced language learning. Some of my hobbies include basketball, video games, and swimming. I am enthusiastic about helping students from elementary to high school, in achieving academic success, organization, and reaching learning goals.

As a young student going through school myself, I tutor by building a connection that allows my students to feel comfortable expressing their struggles and challenges. Here are some teaching methods I use:
-Engaging in active recall and other modern learning strategies to help students memorize concepts for a long term.
- Helping with test or exam preparation by implementing a timed strategy for writing and by revising important course material.
- Focusing on the student overcoming challenges and concepts they find difficult by targeting those topics with detailed explanations and guidance.
