My teaching method is analyzing past behaviour and nutrition habits with the student, afterwards pointing out the common mistakes being made. After Which I provide a list of healthy alternative options tips and tricks that the student can use to adapt and change their negative habits. The student then has the opportunity to create a new regimen that will help them reach their desired goals. Not only that but I ensure that the new Dietary plan created is equally sustainable as it is effective!
