About Sienna

Hi all!

I’m a recent graduate from the University of Bristol with a degree in Social Policy with Criminology and am currently looking for opportunities to tutor A Level/GCSE sociology! I have previous experience tutoring English to ESL/EAL students.

I achieved an A grade during my A Levels and consider myself to be highly passionate and knowledgeable on the subject overall. I have prior tutoring experience and will answer any further enquiries :)

About the lesson

My lessons don’t have a required skill level, just an eagerness and will to become better at sociology is all.

A typical lesson I’d do is 1 hour long and I will formulate a learning plan according to the personalised needs of each learner and their exam board. Generally, my teaching methodology will revolve around breaking down the more complex topics and exam questions and interactive, collaborative exercises so learning can be fun and engaging whilst still being challenging. This will be in the form of consistent quizzes and active recall or understanding sociological concepts through real-life examples. These are just examples.
