I am a Physical Education and Sport Science graduate.

Athletic coach and swimming coach.

I played athletics and indoor football at National level.

I also have and NHC in Sports and recreational activities.

I have worked with all ages.

About the lesson

My passion and interest is in sport. My focus over years of study has been in Sports Medicine. This was a natural progression as I have always been interested in sport and have been involved in competitive Athletics at National level, since an early age.
