About Hero
My name is Hero, I am 19 years old and about to head off to Edinburgh to study History of Art!
Described by friends as a "massive nerd", I enjoy almost nothing more than talking about books, poetry, art, and religion.
I am currently on a gap year, much which I spent working in the Fitzwilliam Museum in the centre of Cambridge (my version of backpacking though Bali).
I also have a penchant for drama, and recently put on a one-woman play. Since 2017, I've co-created and performed in various plays across Cambridge's venues; including the Corpus Playroom, The Junction, and the Robinson Theatre.

Aiming to inspire confidence in the material that students are struggling with, I have a curriculum-focused approach and would work systematically through each topic towards exams.
While exams are often the key fear to be tackled, hope to spark some enjoyment along the way so that students feel they have their own momentum and motivation within themselves.
I am interested in tutoring students from GCSEs to A Level, on English Literature, Religious Studies, and History of Art.
I studied at Hills Road Sixth Form, Cambridge, and left with 176 UCAS points.
