About Yosef
Hello! I am an Industrial Engineering undergraduate at the University of Sharjah with a profound passion for the STEM fields. Having achieved top marks in my own secondary education—including a 99.6% in Advanced Mathematics and 100% in Chemistry and 99% in Physics—I know firsthand the dedication, focus, and strategies required to excel academically.
I want to teach because I am genuinely invested in helping others achieve their full potential. I know how intimidating complex equations and physics problems can seem at first glance, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help students experience that "aha" moment when the material finally clicks. As an Industrial Engineering who achieved a 99.6% in Advanced Mathematics in high school, A in Calculus 1, A in Calculus 2, I know exactly what it takes to excel in high-pressure academic environments.
My lessons are specifically designed for secondary school students tackling advanced math subjects, including calculus and probability.
My teaching methodology focuses on breaking down complex, theoretical equations into practical, easy-to-understand steps. Because I am fully bilingual in Arabic and English, I can seamlessly adapt my explanations to whichever language makes the concepts click best for you.
A typical lesson lasts for 60 to 90 minutes. We split this time between reviewing core concepts, working through step-by-step examples, and doing active problem-solving to ensure you are ready for your exams. Whether you are aiming for top marks or just need to build your confidence in math, my goal is to give you the engineering mindset to solve any problem.
