About Yousuf
I’m a Chinese and Business Management graduate from the University of Manchester, where I developed a high level of Mandarin fluency through both academic study and real-world experience. I spent a year abroad at Wuhan University in China, achieving an 87% average and HSK Level 5 certification, which is recognised as an advanced level of Chinese proficiency.
Alongside my studies, I gained professional experience working at a Chinese law firm in Beijing, giving me practical language skills in a real working environment in China. I have also worked as a teaching assistant at Huaxia Chinese School in Manchester, where I supported students of different ages and abilities in developing their Mandarin skills.
I hold an A* in A Level Chinese from The Manchester Grammar School, and I am passionate about helping others reach their language goals in a structured, supportive and encouraging way.
