About VISHAL
Hi there! My name is Vishal, and I am a motivated VCE graduate with a strong academic foundation in Math Methods, Chemistry, Physics, and General Math. I’m passionate about tutoring because I enjoy helping students turn confusion into clarity and build real confidence in subjects that often feel overwhelming at first.
My teaching style is structured, patient, and focused on understanding rather than memorization. I aim to create a relaxed but productive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace. I also place a strong emphasis on developing effective study habits and exam strategies so students can perform under pressure, not just understand the content.
Ultimately, my goal is to help students become more independent learners who can approach problems logically and confidently, both in class and in exams.

I focus on helping students build real confidence in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and General Maths by making concepts clear, logical, and easy to follow. Instead of relying on memorisation or repetitive drills, I aim to show students the reasoning behind each topic in a way that helped me achieve high scores. I aim to give students the insight they need to approach problems with understanding rather than guesswork.
In my lessons (typically 60 minutes), I break down difficult ideas into manageable steps and work through plenty of guided examples and exam-style questions. I also place a strong focus on exam technique—how to interpret questions correctly, structure responses for maximum marks, and avoid common mistakes under time pressure. Each session is adjusted to the student’s level and goals, whether that means strengthening fundamentals or refining advanced problem-solving skills.
My tutoring style is adaptable to a range of students, from Primary School maths and sciences, to High School and VCE level subjects.
