About Kirsty
I am a University student studying sport and exercise science (predicted a first). I am also on the Junior England pathway for netball, and have been coaching for the past 7 years. My life revolves around sport and therefore I throw myself into it when teaching.

When teaching I outline a goal for the session and get the learner/s to execute a drill in parts, breaking a skill down into a sequence, enabling the learner to master step by step. It is important to use demonstrations in order for the learner to create a visual image in order to benefit their understanding.
