I would help and support students all along the autistic spectrum. As a part-carer to an older, autistic brother, I have plenty of experience in helping him with his academia and making him feel more comfortable, especially as his ability is a lot more limited compared to other children/ adults. However, I know and believe everyone has potential and, as a result, he has improved vastly, going from unable to coherently read to reading smoothly and with understanding in a short space of time.
I have seven years of tutoring experience, starting at a very young age that other young children felt helpful as they felt as though they could relate to me more and I understood how a child and teenager learns best. My experience with my autistic brother has helped greatly, as well as me supporting his fellow peers at his specialist college.

I am currently an A-level student but have been taught by Priya for three years. She helped me with my GCSE maths and I achieved an A*! She is a great tutor and has always been very supportive
I have known Priya for five years and in that time she has not only tutored me but also been my fellow peer. She helped me grow confidence in my academia and helped me voluntarily and freely with my A-levels, specifically maths. As a result, I passed well and am now studying Psychology at University!
I have known Priya for five years and in that time she has helped me become more confident and successful in my academic subjects. Not only am I a past student but we are also friends, and Priya volunteered many hours of her time to help and support me. With her help I successfully passed my A-Levels, especially maths, and am now studying Psychology at University.
