My teaching style is student-centred, flexible and goal-oriented. I begin by assessing each student's current level, learning style, and specific goals. From there, I tailor lessons to suit their unique needs, using a mix of explanation, guided practice and active problem-solving. I emphasise understanding over memorisation, encouraging students to ask questions, think critically and apply concepts in different contexts. When helpful, I integrate visual aids, real-life examples and interactive tools to make learning engaging and practical.
Most of my lessons run between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the subject matter, student’s attention span and learning goals. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged as needed, particularly for younger learners or more intensive sessions like exam prep or revision.
I bring a solid background in Maths and Sciences, along with 2 years of experience in one-on-one tutoring. I have worked with students at various levels, helping them improve their grades, build confidence, and prepare for key assessments like GCSEs and A-Levels. I also stay current with curriculum changes and educational strategies to ensure students are well-prepared and supported.
My lessons are mainly targeted at High-school to College level for GCSE and A-Level.
