About Charlotte
Hi! I’m Charlotte, I’m an 18 year old French and English language combined BA degree student at the University of Liverpool.
I’m originally from North Yorkshire, where I studied French and English at GCSE and A level.
I’m super passionate about these subjects, and it’s this passion which helps to drive me to teach these subjects to others, and help them master their skills, ready for exams.

Each lesson will be specifically targeted towards students’ requirements in the chosen subjects. Having recently completed my GCSEs (receiving grade 9s in both English language and French) and my A levels (A in French), I am familiar with the recent exam boards, and how the examiners mark.
Additionally, this allows me to have a more relatable relationship with students, for instance if they feel uncomfortable speaking in French.
Within French, I will help students master their reading, writing, listening and translation skills, and I will tailor-make each lesson to suit the students’ needs. I will also help to boost their vocabulary, confidence in speech and everyday expressions and fluency devices that will be helpful in their oral examination.
Within English, my main focus will be English language, however if necessary I will also teach literature. I will help the students perfect their creative writing, comparative writing and analysis. I will also help them nail the techniques that writers use, and the technical vocabulary that the students will need to express that within their exams.
