About Tamika
I am university student and a native English speaker from London. I currently provide an online tutoring service to those wanting to learn English. Before this, I taught English to middle schoolers in China. I prepare my students for life in an English speaking country, build their confidence in their abilities, and help them pass much desired exams.

My teaching method adapts with each student. This is because I believe every student and their needs to be unique. During a trial lesson/ initial encounter, I assess my student's weaknesses and strengths. I also determine their desired goal for the lessons and the time-span. After the lesson, I send the student a tailored plan for a month's worth of lessons. These can be powerpoint based grammar lessons, accent reduction through reading English classics, or conversation practice with key topics. It all is determined by the student's needs

Details
The lessons, all online, are rated at 15 hours per hour. The first lesson will be 30 minutes so that we can get to know each other to know whether we are a suitable teacher-student match. This lesson is also to assess your abilities. Though the standard lesson is 1 hour long, other lengths can be discussed.
