My approach to teaching is a very student involved approach. I believe giving students an opertunity to have any questions answered before moving on to new material is fundamental in the learning process. Additionally, allowing a student to attempt questions on their own prior to offering assistance is key in developing a long term understanding of material. That being said, every student is different, and teaching strategies must be adapted.
