Orlando is energetic, trustworthy, and experienced - and he has the clear, easy-to-understand Colombia accent! He makes exercises and role-plays each lesson. He makes me feel confident to go outside my comfort zone, and is quick to gently correct any errors for me, like gender or pronunciation.
