About Gabrielle
Finding time to cook affordable, well-balanced meals can be a difficult job for someone interested in a plant-based diet. That is why I have chosen to share my experience with the world after leaving a full-time career as a training manager for a major restaurant chain. Everyone deserves to know how to achieve restaurant quality food in the comfort of their own home, including people who choose a vegan diet or simply want to experiment with their culinary skill set. As a vegan of 10 years, all of my recipes and instruction are centered around creating healthy, delicious meals without animal products.

With a B.A. in Communications, I consider open and clear communicate to be center of my training method. I tailor my teaching style to people of all ages and walks of life, as we are all bringing different experience levels to the table. My first class always includes some level of consultation in order to better understand where my students are and, more importantly, what they're trying to gain from our lessons. After that, we have frequent check-ins to ensure they continue meeting their objectives from my instruction.
