About Patrick
I have a Master's in Food, Nutrition & Health from the University of Bern in Switzerland, and over 5 years calisthenics & fitness experience. I am the host of Foolproof Mastery on social media where I teach critical thinking, address misinformation, and educate people on healthy living. I create videos, infographics and other resources that make it easier for people to understand nutrition, think critically and follow a plant-based lifestyle. I also break down scientific studies for the public, regularly debunk myths and expose misinformation. I have hosted interviews featuring experts such as Dr Thomas Dayspring and Dr Matthew Nagra, exploring topics in health, evidence-based nutrition and logic.

I’m Patrick, I have a Master's in Food, Nutrition & Health from the University of Bern in Switzerland and am passionate about helping people learn how to nourish themselves through plant-based eating while achieving their personal fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling healthier, I’ll guide you through evidence-based nutrition tailored to your lifestyle, with no restrictive diets and no confusion. I also specialise in fitness and calisthenics, so I can help you build strength, mobility, and lean muscle using your own body weight. You’ll learn how to: Eat in a balanced, sustainable way Reach your ideal body composition through plant-based nutrition Build muscle and strength efficiently with calisthenics Develop lifelong healthy habits I have a series of 12 modules prepared, such as the nutritional priority pyramid and сalorie balance, that will set you up for life with regard to nutrition & fitness. I also can offer additional weekly check-ins for support. Let’s work together to make nutrition simple, enjoyable, and effective.
