About Andrew
I changed career in my early 50s after a lifetime of corporate success (and boredom). Fitness training is, for me, a vocation and to work with clients who have the courage to trust me with their wellbeing is very humbling. Fun, fast, highly personalised and above all energetic approach to all my work with clients. Lessons are typically 40 minutes of mayhem, usually broken up by fits of laughter and the odd moment or two of challenge. I have all the qulifications you would expect (level 3 PT, also a qulifid rugby, boxing and weight lifting coach) but I find that what matters most is that clients feel like they matter more than my qualifications do !
