About Hassan
I'm a third-year Computer Science student who builds full-stack web projects using both traditional development and AI-assisted coding workflows.
I've worked with technologies including Next.js, React, Express, MongoDB, and FastAPI, and I use AI coding tools such as Antigravity IDE as part of my development process.
I've built three live projects using AI-assisted workflows. One of them is Moxup, a web app that generates polished showcase images for websites, apps, and other digital products. Building real projects this way has also meant dealing with the less impressive side of AI coding: incorrect changes, broken features, confusing generated code, repeated debugging, and deciding when the AI's suggestion should simply be rejected.
That's what I focus on in these lessons.
I don't teach “magic prompts,” and I don't pretend that AI removes the need to understand software. Instead, I help you use AI as a development tool while keeping enough understanding and control to know what is changing, why something broke, and what should happen next.
I'm best suited to beginner developers, CS students, indie builders, and people working on their first AI-assisted web project or prototype.
If your project uses a specialised framework or technology I haven't worked with before, send me the details first. I'll review it and tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help.

AI coding tools can produce a surprising amount of code very quickly. The difficult part is what happens after the first impressive demo: adding another feature, understanding what changed, fixing something without breaking something else, and keeping the project organised enough to continue.
These lessons are for people who want to build with AI without handing every decision over to it.
You might already have a half-working project, an idea you haven't started yet, a feature that keeps breaking, or generated code that you no longer understand.
My approach is: Plan → Prompt → Inspect → Debug → Ship.
1. Plan
Before asking the AI to build a large feature, we define what we're actually trying to accomplish. We break the project or feature into smaller pieces and identify what should change — and what should stay untouched.
2. Prompt
We give the AI focused instructions with the context it actually needs instead of repeatedly throwing broad prompts at the entire project. The goal is smaller, understandable changes that are easier to test and reverse.
3. Inspect
We look at what the AI produced. What files changed? What does the new code actually do? Does it fit the existing structure? You don't need to become an expert developer overnight, but you should gradually become capable of reviewing the output instead of automatically accepting it.
4. Debug
When something breaks, we stop the prompt-and-pray loop. We reproduce the problem, inspect the relevant code and errors, isolate likely causes, and test fixes systematically.
5. Ship
Once a feature works, we make sure the project is in a stable state before moving on. The goal is steady progress toward a usable project rather than endlessly rebuilding the same prototype.
Every session works on your actual project whenever possible. We can work through your current codebase, a feature you're trying to add, an AI-generated change you don't understand, an error you can't resolve, or the initial plan for a new project.
Depending on your project, I can help with AI-assisted workflows around Next.js, React, Express, MongoDB, FastAPI, general full-stack structure, debugging, feature planning, and understanding generated code.
Complete beginners are welcome, but my goal isn't to teach you how to avoid code forever. I'll help you understand enough of what the AI is producing that you become progressively less dependent on blindly accepting its answers.
Before our first session: send me a short description of your project, where you're currently stuck, and any relevant error or AI response. I'll review it beforehand so we can spend the session solving the real problem.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
I usually don't comment, but I would really recommend Hassan as a teacher. His teaching methods are really what a student requires. Covering the material in depth while also focusing on the practical aspects of things is a skill a very few people possess. His teaching methods not only help understand things clearly, but also keep them retained. Learning through this approach can really help us save both of our time and effort.
I know Hassan Abaid as a dedicated and helpful Computer Science student and a friend. We have worked together on academic tasks, and I have seen how clearly he explains concepts, especially for beginners.
He is patient, supportive, and makes learning easy to understand. I highly recommend him as a tutor because he genuinely cares about helping students improve and succeed.View more recommendations

Show me what you're building and where you're currently stuck. We'll identify the main blocker, look at the current state of the project, and decide what the next useful step should be. There's no obligation to continue.
Single session — $12/hour
Best for trying my approach, diagnosing one blocker, debugging an AI-generated change, planning a feature, or understanding a part of your project that has become confusing.
5-hour pack — $50 ($10/hour)
Best for working through one meaningful phase of a project across several sessions — for example, planning and implementing a feature, stabilising a broken prototype, or improving the way you're working with your AI coding tool.
10-hour pack — $90 ($9/hour)
Best for ongoing guidance while developing a larger prototype or learning a more disciplined AI-assisted development workflow over several features.
The complexity of projects varies, so I don't promise that a specific app or feature will be completed within a fixed number of hours.
You can start with one individual lesson before committing to a pack.
