About Sarah
I am a Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher (RYY 200 hours) and life long student of yoga. Trained in Goa, India, I have continued to develop my practise and professional understanding through teaching internationally and assisting in yoga teacher training at my school (Sampoorna) in Agonda, Goa.

My teaching is reactive to the level and understanding of the audience. Yoga is an accessible and lifelong practise for all and I believe it is my duty, as a guide, to identify where participants are on this journey and tailor my teaching to encourage and enhance their understanding.
I have extensive hands on alignment and adjustment (Mysore) and vinyasa teaching experience. I hope to flow with you soon!
