About Youmin
I'm from Seoul, South Korea. I have lived in London and now I'm living in Berlin.
My journey through yoga has been deeply influenced by diverse cultures and philosophies.
My practice began at 18 with meditation. Rooted in a Buddhist upbringing that has always drawn me to the deeper philosophical aspects of yoga.
This spiritual foundation, combined with my studies in Herbal Medicine allows me to offer a holistic approach to wellness.
Through every pose and breath, I want you to find a connection between body and mind, even in subtle ways. :)
