About Miriam
Young orchestral players often find themselves needing precise guidance to refine their craft. After 9 years of teaching, I have mentored countless pupils through the rigors of classical repertoire. My own ARCT degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music serves as the bedrock for my approach.
Having performed in chamber ensembles across Canada, I emphasize the mechanics of shifting positions and bowing technique with absolute clarity. Students usually begin to notice a difference in their spiccato and staccato bowing within just a few weeks. My goal is to bridge the gap between your current ability and your ultimate musical ambition.
