About Cooper
I am a violin tutor with 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in String Performance. Teaching allows me to help students transform determination into beautiful music through patient instruction and encouraging support.
My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, personalized guidance, and enjoyable practice methods. I help learners build confidence while improving both technical skills and expressive performance.
Outside teaching, I enjoy chamber music, orchestral performances, and studying classical violin repertoire. These experiences help me provide inspiring, practical, and engaging lessons for every student.

My violin lessons encourage students to build strong technique while enjoying every stage of learning. We focus on posture, bow control, finger accuracy, tone quality, rhythm, intonation, and listening skills through practical exercises that make progress steady and enjoyable. Every lesson supports confidence and careful improvement.
As learners advance, we study scales, shifting, vibrato, expressive phrasing, performance preparation, and sight reading. I also introduce visualization, silent practice, and relaxation techniques that help students develop confidence while reducing unnecessary tension during performances.
My goal is to help students perform with confidence, musicality, and technical control. Every lesson develops strong foundations while encouraging creativity, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for violin music.
