About Nataliya
I played professionally in a ballet and symphonic orchestra for many years. However, in the last twelve years I am more interested in teaching and using my experience to assist others in achieving their musical goals .
I believe that any child or adult can learn to play the violin if they are interested in doing so and are willing to apply themselves to learning and practice.
In my approach, I pay a lot of attention to correct and comfortable posture as well as the positioning of the hands on the violin and bow from the word go, in order that students develop the right techniques from the outset. This is very important if they wish to further their skills in the future. I can teach for fun, but I love to see my students achieve good ABRSM grades and passes.

Violin lessons for adults and children, (age 7+) of any level, from professional orchestral violinist and tutor, BA (Hons). Nineteen years orchestral experience and twelve years as a violin tutor. I can provide lessons at your home or online. My preference is preparation for ABRSM grades. London and Amersham. £40 an hour 1-2-1 or £25 an hour online.
