About Sree
Hello! My name is Sree. I am a junior in high school. I've been playing violin since I was in 5th grade. I've been tutoring for around 2 years with almost 50 students. I mostly play in western style violin but also carnatic or South Asian style violin pieces.

About the lesson

Lessons will first assess the student's prior experience with the instrument and then base lessons upon that experience. The lessons are intended for any levels.
The student is encouraged to have some musical knowledge so that the student will be able to understand the terminology and techniques but it is not required.
I aim to make lessons engaging and challenging so that the student is constantly improving and learning new skills/techniques.
A typical lesson includes a brief recap of the previous lesson (if applicable) and the main points of what the lesson will be about and what to expect, followed by a demonstration and practice by the student with corrections. In the end, the student will receive an assignment/task to work on before the next lesson.
