Duration : 4 hours - Price : £50.00 - Place : Stow Bedon (NR17 1HD)I am a certified Life Coach teaching people how to achieve their dreams. I assist in helping to release old patterns and issues and help them to move forward. My lesson structure is all practical. I start with meditation music, colouring and asking students to write down everything they DON'T want. Then we move to everything the student DOES want. What is holding them back. I use examples from my own life and from other students lives. We discuss blocks, fears and forgiveness. We finalize the day with putting together a vision board of everything the students want to manifest and how to manifest it.

Course setup
I have been giving lessons and doing workshops for over 20 years now. Prior to living in the UK I lived in Los Angeles where I did monthly workshops of approximately 5 to 10 students at a time. I also conducted one on one workshops as well. Here in the UK I have done workshops of approximately 5 to 7 students and also one on one workshops depending on the student.
