About Effie
Graduating with an MMus Voice from the Royal Northern College of Music provided the rigorous foundation for my 13 years performing across the UK. Standing on stage as an opera singer requires precise DICTION AND ARTICULATION to ensure every word carries clearly to the back of the auditorium. I utilise detailed warm up exercises to build tone and resonance while navigating the bridge between head and chest voice effectively.
Developing rhythm and phrasing alongside sight singing ensures you master the music as quickly as your peers. My practice focuses heavily on microphone technique and belting technique for those moving between musical styles. Maintaining performance confidence remains essential whether preparing for ABRSM or Trinity graded exams from grade 1 through diploma levels.
