About Andi
Hi! My volleyball journey has included both playing and coaching for more than 15 years. I was a starting defensive specialist on a state championship team and continued my playing career at Otterbein University. Since 2010, I have coached athletes at the middle school, junior high, high school, and club levels, helping players develop both their skills and confidence on the court.
My specialties include serving, passing, defense, court awareness, communication, and the fundamentals that help athletes become consistent and dependable players. I believe every athlete learns differently, so I tailor lessons to each player's experience level and goals.
As both a coach and a mom, I understand the importance of creating a positive environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. Whether your athlete is preparing for tryouts, looking to improve specific skills, or simply wanting to gain confidence, my goal is to help them develop a strong foundation and a love for the game.

As a former defensive specialist, I love helping players develop the skills that make a team successful behind the scenes. My lessons focus on serving, passing, defensive positioning, ball control, communication, and overall court awareness.
Whether you're new to volleyball or preparing for school and club tryouts, I provide a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can build confidence and improve their fundamentals. I believe strong defense, consistency, and smart decision-making are the foundation of a great player.
Each lesson is tailored to the athlete's skill level and goals, with plenty of repetition, feedback, and encouragement. My goal is to help players feel more confident on the court and develop skills they can use in game situations.
