About Maartje
I really enjoy discovering new things and to me that's what learning means! Together we can find a way how it is easy for you to learn, or for example to understand a mathematical theory. This makes the teaching material easier and more fun.
I don't believe in one way of explaining. The challenge is to deal creatively with teaching material, in the way that suits you. To do this, we look at who you are and what is pleasant for you.
That way, every sum/verbal/test becomes a breeze!
I also hope to explain things to you in such a way that you yourself develop a way of thinking so that you can still come up with the right answers, even on your own.
I have tutored before in high school and after high school. I enjoy dealing with people and sharing knowledge.
I get energy from dealing with others and I look forward to working with you.

I like to explain things in different ways, depending on what suits you. So not just one way!
The best thing is to let yourself understand what the answer is, and that you can eventually come up with it yourself and learn to think in a certain way!
In preparation, I like to study the teaching material that you do not understand and/or want to discuss, in order to be able to offer sufficient support and to save time in the lesson itself.
I have tutored in high school and after high school, mostly Mathematics. I completed VWO in 2016 with strongsuits B and D.
Are you a secondary school student (12-18, mavo, havo or vwo) and could you use some help? I would like to help you!
Teaching can be done in person (environment Voorst) or online. The lesson duration is negotiable.

Perfect! Maartje heeft mijn dochter uitstekend begeleid ter voorbereiding op haar examen Wiskunde B. De interactie met mijn dochter was erg fijn en prettig, waardoor zij zich snel op haar gemak voelde en met meer vertrouwen aan de slag ging.
Ook de communicatie met ons als ouders verliep altijd duidelijk en prettig. Maartje geeft heldere uitleg, beschikt over veel inhoudelijke kennis en wist de stof op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen. Dankzij haar begeleiding voelde mijn dochter zich goed voorbereid op het examen/tussentijdse toetsen en groeide haar zelfvertrouwen zichtbaar.
Daarnaast is Maartje gewoon erg fijn in de omgang: betrokken, geduldig en professioneel. Wij zijn erg tevreden over haar begeleiding en zouden haar zeker aanraden aan andere ouders en leerlingen.Perfect! Maartje is een heel leuk persoon en kon mij goed helpen bij wiskunde. Door haar ben ik geslaagd voor VWO!

Maartje is niet alleen lief, maar weet ook goed uitleg te geven over alle soorten wiskunde. Dit deed ze altijd met geduld en op mijn niveau. Ik heb met behulp van de bijlessen zeker verbeteringen gemaakt/gezien in mijn resultaten:)
Alles waar ik zelf niet uitkwam heeft Maartje op zo’n manier uitgelegd dat ik dit uiteindelijk snapte. Mijn grootste valkuil was algebra. En op m’n proeftoets scoorde ik hiervoor 38% op m’n officiële examen was mijn score 79%!
Maartje hielp mij in mijn examenjaar met wiskunde B. Ze wist alles goed uit te leggen en ze liet mij ook dingen zelf doen. Beiden waren erg handig voor mij! Ook de lessen online waren overzichtelijk en heel fijn!! Helemaal top!! Uiteindelijk heb ik het met een ruime voldoende afgesloten, dankzij de bijlessen :)
Maartje is echt een hele fijne docent, ze legt rustig stap voor stap uit en ik heb nooit het gevoel dat iets gek is als ik het niet direct snap.
