About Thithawat
I had been trained in badminton since 7 years old. I had learned techniques from many coaches in Thailand. I had involved in tournaments since 11 years old, as a part of my life, until I was 20 and hanged a racquet. My speciality is playing double, but I also was trained to play single, so no worry I earn both skills and techniques. I was picked up to represent my country in double.

I need to see your level first then decide a practice plan. And also depend on what your purpose of playing badminton is, e.g. exercise or competition, single or double. All basics must be corrected and body physics, in the meantime, need to be built. You will go through plenty of programmes to improve your techniques, attack and defence, consistency, and solidity, etc., to beat opponents.
