Our class will not only give you a great work out but also really focus on bringing you to the present moment using meditation and pranayama
Shavasana is the most important part of any yoga class. The moment our body and mind starts to draw the energy we have created within our practice to heal us, to bring us to the present and to let go of that which no longer serves us.
We will also go through different pranayama (breath work) techniques and meditation variations.
