I have been teaching Fu’s Style Tai Chi Chuen in Hong Kong for more than 10 years and I am an expert in the principles of Tai Chi Chuen, Baguazhang and Xing Yi Chuen. By trial and error, I have modified and developed a more systematic approach in teaching Tai Chi Chuen for beginners and applying it in self-defense.

1. Learn the basic principle of Tai Chi through Standing Stakes
2. Learn the basic punching by Five Elements Fist Set
3. Learn how to handle external force by Interacting with your partners through Pushing Hands
4. Learn the movements from Bagua Circle Walking
5. Apply the self-defense skills of Tai Chi Chuen in Sparring
6. Learn the routine of Tai Chi Chuen for self-practicing
