About Rithin
Hi, I’m Rithin. I achieved A*A*A* in A Level Maths, Further Maths and Physics, before completing both a degree and a Master’s in Mathematics at the University of Warwick.
I have taught mathematics to a wide range of students, including 11+, GCSE, A Level and Further Maths students. During my time at Warwick, I also taught mathematics to university students, which helped me develop a clear, professional and adaptable teaching style.
I understand that maths can feel challenging or intimidating, so I aim to make lessons calm, clear and focused. My goal is to help students improve their understanding, strengthen their exam technique and become more confident, independent problem-solvers.

My lessons are structured, patient and tailored to each student’s needs. I start by identifying any gaps in understanding, then explain concepts clearly and step by step, using examples that suit the student’s level.
Once the foundations are secure, I focus on guided practice, exam-style questions and problem-solving strategies. I encourage students to think independently, understand why methods work and build confidence with unfamiliar questions.
A typical lesson is 1 or 2 hours, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s goals. My lessons are suitable for 11+, GCSE, A Level Maths and Further Maths students, whether they need support with the basics, exam preparation or help reaching the highest grades.
