About Luke
I have been tutoring maths and stats students for over 4 years, at the University of Bath and the University of Warwick. The classes I have taught usually consist of 16 students. Most recently, I taught a statistics class at Warwick Uni, where I was able to help raise the class average from 80% to 90% over assessed problem sheets.

I am a postgraduate statistics student at the University of Warwick, and I primarily give maths and stats lessons to students from 12-22 years old. I have a first-class MMath Mathematics degree from the University of Bath.
My lesson structures, with flexibility for individual student needs, will start with 5-10 minutes summarising lesson objectives and going over homework, followed by 15-20 minutes of teaching new material, 15-20 minutes working on new exercises, and then 5-10 minutes at the end of the lesson going through class exercises and clarifying misunderstandings.
As a tutor, I am friendly and patient, and aim to help students understand concepts in a clear, communicable manner, at a pace that works for them.
