About Ruby
Hi! I am Ruby Clarke. I am 19 years old, which at first glance may seem 'inexperienced', yet that could not be further from the truth. For the past 2 years, I ran my own tutoring business, alongside being a professional footballer for Sheffield United Women, and representing my country (England U18's). Within that time, my students tended to lean towards my youthful facet as they saw me as relatable and as someone who could understand the exam stress that they are experiencing due to recently having sat exams prior to teaching them. By extension, they feel less intimidated, therefore seeing me as more of a friendly figure, in theory making them want to work harder in the sessions :)
