About Daniel
I began training for strength and fitness when I was 15. I bought a barbell set and built a weightlifting rack out of 2x4’s. I did thousands of pushups and pull-ups in those earlier years. I “progressed” to fitness clubs with rows of machines. I’ve done circuit training and Nautilus programs. I’ve come full-circle to embrace simplicity—lift heavy weights to get stronger!

We will start by talking about your goals and what equipment you have available to you (at times I have not access to any equipment, so we can work with what you have). Together we will design a program to help you achieve gains. You’ll share periodic videos of your workouts so we can discuss your form. We will set up a journal so you can track your progress. We will get stronger together!
