About CAIRO
I’m Callum, founder of CAIRO Coaching and a former professional Muay Thai fighter. Fighting has been a huge part of my life, but more than that, it’s shaped who I am – teaching me resilience, discipline, and the power of pushing past limits. But I also know what it’s like to face setbacks. After a life-threatening injury changed my path, I had to rebuild – not just physically, but mentally. That’s why CAIRO Coaching exists.
