Hey, so passion for teaching was inculcated in me when I encountered students mugging their subjects up without even knowing the reason behind every argumentation given in the books just for the sake of exams and result pressure.
I Noticed children are under immense performance pressure. For me learning and gaining knowledge has to be fun in order to captivate every single datail forever in our brains, One must intelligent read and not mug up things randomly because I believe there's a reason for every minute details provided and therefore my teaching methodology involves clearing of concepts and understanding it, this eventually helps in clearing the exams with flying colours.
