About Peter
I am a Vegan business owner((concealed information) and in my spare time an inventor of 3D puzzles (especially that are deemed impossible). What fascinates me is to overcome difficulties in any fields of Life.I am offering to teach all I know, inside the world of food & drink, but also outside of it. In a nutshell, I want to save the world and I want to teach others to do the same. For Veganism is a Life saving Life style that everybody benefits from; us Humans, Animals and our Planet Earth.

My teaching method is; Igniting the imagination of my students with my enthusiasm and positive energy. I found this is contagious and the effect it has on others is beneficial to absorbing knowledge.My style is entertaining and ever so colourful, I paint mental pictures by using metaphors and riddles in my conversations. Being a cooking tutor, everything is centred in food and cooking techniques from all around the world, which I demonstrate in front of my students. My extensive global travels of nearly 40 years have given me lots of angles in the world of catering; high end restaurant management,both front of house and kitchen, location film catering,military catering,private chef hire catering etc which all are beneficial for students to learn and understand. I have City & Guilds (London) certificates as well as Trainer Skills Certificate by the Hotel & Catering Industry Training Board(London). Also a translated and certified document of my 3 years Chefs College education in my birth country Hungary from 1972 -75.
