Hi!
My name is Neil and I am a 36 year old father of 2 boys (4 year old and 2 year old). I work a full time job and have a few mentees already through my work.
I know the "time crunch" isn't an excuse—it's the reality. I’ve spent the last decade perfecting a system that allows me to maintain a 6-pack, elite physical strength, and a calm mind while navigating the chaos of parenting and a career.
I am passionate about helping young men to build the discipline they need to thrive.
My goal isn't just to give you a workout—it's to be the accountability partner you need to ensure these habits stick.

1. The 5-15 Minute Anchor (Physical): We focus on "Minimum Effective Dose" training. I’ll teach you how to use kettlebells and bodyweight movements to build functional strength and a 6-pack in the gaps of your day. No commute to the gym required.
2. Nutrition & Fasting Protocols for Optimization: We move beyond restrictive dieting. I provide fasting options and nutritional strategies tailored for metabolic efficiency. I’ll suggest "smart-swaps" to keep your energy peak and your body in a fat-burning state.
3. Mindful Resilience (Mental): High-performance living requires a reset. I teach simple breathwork and meditation techniques to manage stress and stay present with your family, friends and life experiences.
