My teaching methodology is as followed:
The first sessions will be primarily me listening to get a sense of the change you are wanting in your life. We will get to know each other so that you are comfortable with me.
In the following sessions it will be a series of conversations and activities in approaching the different areas in your life that you feel are problematic. We will cleanse them through understanding and appraisal, and thinking of liberating ways to move forward!
I am an Arts and Culture Journalist as well as an English student. Having extensively studied and understood the self through a variety of different methods, I would love to share my knowledge with you. The real difficulty with self progression is overcoming how you think about yourself. I can help aid you in learning to divert and change your thoughts which will emancipate you in order to achieve what you want.
