About Austin
I’ve been teaching online and in-person for over 6 years. I’m competent at breaking complex topics into easy-to-understand segments. First, I connect with my students to understand their learning style and preferences, and I adapt my teaching to suit them. I take my student on a journey of learning, so their progress is visible and celebrated more than the outcome alone.

I did my undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Surrey. I give math lessons to secondary and A-level students. I believe that having strong mental confidence is very important when learning and teaching maths which is something I aim to do when teaching. My method is to first clear the student's mind to avoid distractions while learning. Secondly, to give enough time for practising and asking questions.
